3. Accidental Duplicate Transactions

a. We understand that payment gateway lags or duplicate clicks can occasionally result in accidental double transactions.

b. If a user processes a duplicate transaction for the exact same course or product within a 48-hour window, the user is fully eligible for a refund of the duplicate payment amount.

c. To initiate an accidental duplicate transaction refund, the user must contact us directly via email at support@tbgfl.co.in within 48 hours of payment, providing both transaction receipts and payment timestamps.
